Tetraploid sport of Hosta 'Francee' that is much like Hosta 'Patriot' but has darker green leaves and better white margins.
'Minuteman' Hosta features very dark green leaves with wide bright white margins.
Thick leaves are slightly cupped and corrugated.
Vigorous grower that shines in the shade garden.
We have seen some close to mature clumps stay smaller, around 18"T x 40"W.
Pale lavender flowers bloom in mid summer.
Why Should I Grow It? Nice thick leaves have a sharp contrast of dark green and white.
