In 2008 Ron & Judi made their nationally recognized gardens available for tours and plant sales. Ron & Judi source their quality, homegrown, hardy, outdoor perennials from their on-site gardens and sell them from their driveway. Every Spring visitors from all over the Chicago area stop by to stroll through the lush, diverse gardens - coming away with not only high quality perennials but also inspiration!
Ron & Judi have always enjoyed gardening as a way to relax and experience nature. Ron became a University of Illinois Extension Master Gardener in 2009 and has volunteered advice to other garden enthusiasts on plant selection, garden design, pest control and watering/soil needs. Ron is now retired from Master Gardeners. Judi has been an active member of the Potawatomie Garden Club since 2005. Their gardens are designated as a Backyard Wildlife Habitat and a Conservation@Home environmentally friendly yard.
