Pulmonaria rubra is a coral red Lungwort, one of the first to bloom in the spring. Good apple green foliage with petunia red tubular flowers. Lungworts offer long-term interest. In early spring they brighten up the garden with bright, long-lasting flowers, many of which change color as they age. They are a favorite of early spring hummingbirds.
Our Pulmonaria will look good with their bright green leaves after potting and will bloom again next spring.
