Filipendula ulmaria variegata - Variegated Meadowsweet - unusual!
This lovely form of Filipendula ulmaria makes an attractive 2' wide clump of deeply cut foliage. Most leaves are decorated with an attractive but genetically unstable central creamy blotch. In July, the 30" tall clumps are topped with a showy white flower cluster. Moist organic soils are preferred & will thrive in wet soils. Showy in the woodland border or near water features. A good cut flower.
